Last updated: 2 August 2026
Invictus Management Consulting (ABN 22 839 750 652) ("Invictus", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. What we collect
We collect personal information you give us and information about how you use our site, including: identity and contact details (your name, email, company, and role); business information you choose to share (the problem you describe, your goals, and any documents, spreadsheets or screenshots you upload); discovery call recordings and transcripts (where you consent, we record and transcribe scoping and discovery calls so we can prepare an accurate scope); and technical data (cookies, device and usage data collected via analytics).
2. How we collect it
Through our website forms, discovery calls, email correspondence, and cookies or analytics tools when you use the site.
3. Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a scope or proposal, deliver and support the services you engage us for, improve our site and services, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
We use trusted third-party service providers to run our business, and some personal information is disclosed to them for those purposes only. These include providers of website and data hosting, AI processing, form capture, scheduling, call transcription, customer-relationship management, and email delivery. Some of these providers are located overseas (primarily the United States), so your personal information may be stored or processed outside Australia (see clause 8).
5. Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies and analytics to understand how visitors use it. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work as well if you do.
6. Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, and to destroy or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.
7. Access and correction
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@invictusmc.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period.
8. Overseas disclosure
Because some of our providers operate overseas, your personal information may be disclosed to and processed by recipients located outside Australia, primarily in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure these recipients handle your information consistently with the APPs.
9. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first at hello@invictusmc.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
